50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED All booth placements will be determined by management upon receipt of signed contract accompanied by payment.	Your choice of location by space number or letter is: Booth Cost $ Product Description Exhibitor must display only items or merchandise directly related to its own business and such items or merchandise must fit the description above. Display of any unrelated items or merchandise may result in booth reassignment or forfeiture of exhibit space without any rebate or allowance whatsoever therefore to Exhibitor and without in anyway releasing the Exhibitor from any liability hereunder, and the Exhibitor expressly agrees to pay to Management the full amount herein above set forth. All giveaways must have prior approval by show management. Show management reserves the right to reject the distribution of any such items if conflicts arise.

SECTION IV
RECITALS Management is producing SkiFever And Snowboard Expo at the Portland Expo Center. Exhibitor desires to lease space from management under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS. 1) INCORPORATION OF RECITALS. The recitals hereinabove set forth are hereby incorporated herein by this reference. 2) DEFAULT BY EXHIBITOR. The actual occupation of the space is of the essence hereof; in the event the Exhibitor shall not so occupy said space prior to official opening of trade show then and in such event the Management is expressly authorized to occupy or cause said space to be occupied in such manner as it may deem best for the interests of said trade show without any rebate or allowance whatsoever therefore to Exhibitor and without in anyway releasing the Exhibitor from any liability hereunder, and the Exhibitor expressly agrees to pay to Management the full amount hereinabove set forth.
